Every order — in store or online. Managed from first ask to customer’s hands. Every promise kept.

Leaption takes orders at the counter and on your own ordering page, follows each one through the supplier and the delivery, and tells the customer the moment it’s ready. Your guides and messages bring in orders you’d never have taken at the counter. Built for independent shops.

“Our customers used to ring us to ask if their order was in. Now we tell them first.”

Sell more. Drop nothing.

Leaption doesn’t only look after the orders you already have. Your own ordering page and your messages bring in new ones, while you’re serving and while you’re closed, and the same system carries each sale from the first message to the customer’s hands.

  1. Tell them what’s new. A seasonal guide, a list, or a message to the customers who said yes.
  2. They order online. From your own ordering page, on their phone, with no account to create.
  3. It lands in Leaption. The order is created for you, beside the ones you took at the counter.
  4. You fulfil it. Collected in the shop, or posted with a tracking number.
  5. They’re told, and they come back. The ready message goes out by itself, and the customer is on your list for next time.

One place for every order your shop takes.

Orders you take at the counter, orders that come in from your website and your messages, and the phone in your pocket to run them all.

In the shop

From order to collection, without the notebook.

Take the order once. Leaption carries it through your supplier, the delivery and the customer’s collection, and tells you what needs doing today.

  • Take an order in seconds, at the counter or on your phone.
  • When a delivery lands, scan the barcodes or upload the invoice. Each item goes to the customer who has waited longest.
  • Customers get a text or email the moment their order is ready, then reminders if they don’t collect.

Invoice reading

Upload the invoice. Skip the scanning.

When a delivery arrives, upload the supplier’s PDF invoice. Leaption reads what came in, down to the quantity of each item, and your invoice becomes your delivery list in seconds.

It then works out which items belong to which waiting customers and gets their messages ready. You check the matches, correct any that are wrong, and send. Nobody is told until you finish, and Leaption reads the file then throws it away.

Go one step further and skip keying the order in at all. When you place an order with your supplier, put the customer’s name and number in the order reference. It comes back on the invoice, and Leaption creates the customer and the order from that line, matches it, and has the ready message waiting for you to send.

New supplier? Upload one invoice and Leaption Assistant sets it up, showing you what it read line by line before you approve. If Leaption already knows the layout, it’s instant. Every delivery after that is read by Leaption itself, with no AI involved.

A morning of sorting becomes a few minutes of checking. Invoice reading and scanning are on both plans.

Online

Sell from your website, without running a webshop.

Build a list or a guide, put one button on your site, and customers order from you at any hour. Each order is created in Leaption for you, beside the ones you took at the counter.

  • Your logo, colours and words. It looks like your shop, not ours.
  • No account to create. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or pay when they collect. Card payments go into your own Stripe account.
  • Collection or delivery, with gift wrap and other extras you choose.

Staying in touch

Bring them back with news they said yes to.

A new arrival, an event, a seasonal offer. Pick the customers who would care and send it by text or email, with a button straight to your ordering page. Leaption only sends to people who said yes.

  • Plain text, or a designed email with pictures, headings and a button, in your shop’s colours.
  • Every consent recorded, with the exact wording the customer agreed to.
  • Unsubscribing takes one tap, on a page in your branding.
  • Export or erase a customer’s data in a few clicks when they ask.

On your phone

Run your shop’s orders from your pocket.

Leaption has its own phone layout, so nearly everything you do at the counter works from your pocket too. It runs in the browser on the phone you already have, with nothing to install.

  • Take an order while you’re standing with the customer.
  • Mark a delivery arrived in the stockroom, box by box.
  • Check what’s waiting and message customers when you’re away from the shop.

Born in a bookshop, in the busiest week of the year.

Leaption began in a bookshop in the middle of the back-to-school rush. Hundreds of families, each with a different list. Books arriving from different suppliers on different days: a few this morning, more next week, some not at all. Every box through the door raised the same question.

Whose are these?

The answer lived in a notebook, a spreadsheet and the memory of whoever was working that day. Customers rang to ask if their order was in, and nobody could say for sure. Good staff spent their days sorting and phoning when they should have been selling.

Leaption was built to fix that. Today it does the same job for independent shops of every kind: wherever a customer is waiting on something you promised them, Leaption makes sure they get it.

Why shops choose Leaption.

Brings in orders, not just manages them
Your ordering page, your guides and your messages take orders while you’re serving and while you’re closed, and every one lands in the same place.
Built for independents
It speaks shop language, and you can rename things to match yours.
Deliveries that sort themselves
Upload the supplier’s invoice, or scan the box, and every item is matched to the customer waiting for it. You check the result instead of doing the sorting.
Your money stays yours
Online payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Leaption takes no cut of your sales; you pay only Stripe’s own card fee.
Nothing for customers to sign up to
No accounts, no app, no passwords. They order, and they hear from you.
Consent and GDPR built in
Who agreed to what, and when, is recorded for you. Data requests take a few clicks.
Works where you work
At the till, in the stockroom or at home. Nearly everything in Leaption can be done from your phone, with a layout designed for it.
Your brand, not ours
Your logo, colours and seasonal touches on everything your customers see, down to the emails.

“Back-to-school used to mean boxes on every surface and a notebook we were terrified of losing. Now a delivery comes in, Leaption tells us whose is whose, and our customers know their order is ready before we’ve finished unpacking. I wouldn’t go back.”
